Job Description
Based in our Paris head office and research center, you will report to the Head of Business Intelligence. You’ll get your hands on the world’s biggest structured consumer behavior dataset, the massive processing power that you need to exploit it, and a team of analysts recruited from the best schools in Europe.
You:
- Will be expected to both react to and lead the product development agenda, by finding creative ways to produce actionable ideas from the massive data sets that Criteo collects.
- Will be a key link between the technical development process and the business. You will be in frequent contact with our top management team, who will depend upon you to represent the business priorities to the engineering teams.
- Will help our commercial teams to use data effectively to drive performance for our clients
- Mentor and develop the skills of your team
Desired Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Very creative attitude to problem solving. We love testing things, so you should be somebody who likes to experiment.
- Experience managing a team of 10+
- 10+ years’ experience in a highly analytical and commercial environment.
- Top tier academics
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- Some knowledge of web technologies
- International experience (English our working language). French is an advantage.
You may have experience in engineering or analytical roles in display networks or agencies, or in SEM/SEO optimization. We will also consider exceptional candidates from outside our industry, where you may have a background in Finance or Consulting.
