We are looking for high potentials who will strive to help PAYBACK develop further on the French market but also committed, focused and team-spirited staff who know how to network their ideas.

Role Overview :

The Business development Director is responsible for the acquisition of key program partners and maximizing sales revenues with the program partners and in France:

- Emphasis on retail sector and company analysis, research and understanding of business drivers and challenges, and design of commercial presentations supporting the PAYBACK proposal
- Lead generation and engagement of potential partners in a structured negotiation process
- Proactive planning and management of partnership negotiation process up to contract
- Operational and financial modelling for each partner under negotiation
Desired Skills and Experience
Key role requirements :
- Min. 8 years experience in consulting, business development or similar background in a relevant service environment
- Outstanding communicative skills and strong sales experience / record in a B2B service environment
- Strong analytical background & proven project management experience
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial & self-driven personality
- Ready to execute on-the-ground work within an ambitious start-up team
- Flexibility to work in dynamic, task & result driven start-up environment
- Native French speaker; fluent in English
