Business Process Services (BPS) Sales Director
Sales and Business Development, Europe

BPS Team takes full responsibility for all facets of BPS provider development, sales and revenue generation.
Reports to VP BPS.
Strategic goal of the BPS Program
Creates a new, incremental revenue stream
Expands the Oracle Economy by placing Oracle applications, technology and ancillary services “under the hood” of BPS providers’ solution offerings, while driving revenues for Oracle.
Role
Develops and manages Global BPS partners
Negotiates BPS Master Agreements and governance models with new providers
Co-sells with, coaches and enables field sales – apps and tech
Coordinates with regional BPS teams
Acts as a global escalation level
Takes active role in marketing content creation
Participates in BPS community management -- analysts, influencers, advisors, market makers
Objectives
Sales revenue (primary)
Skills and Experience Required
Senior sales or executive position with a BPS service provider or experience as a seasoned sales executive focusing on BPS
Complex solution or service selling experience
BPS service delivery and/or application management competence
Solid knowledge of corporate finance
International background helpful
High level of energy
Excellent communication and negotiation skills – exec-level and down
Natural leader
